Story was about this thirty plus former pop singer Hyun Su (Cha Tae Hyun) who is now a popular radio DJ. He answered call in on his program and chat with the listeners. One day, there was this listener who called up and told him that she had been trying to find her father for a very long time and she was still searching for him. As this was a touching story heard by many listeners, Hyun Su started a program to follow up the story of this girl.

One evening when Hyun Su got home and prepare dinner for his lover, there was someone at the door. A teenager Jung Nam (Park Bo Young) carrying her luggage shows up claiming to be his daughter. And she brought along a mischievous little boy, Ki Dong (Hwang Suk Hyun – he’s very cute and adorable in the movie!), whom she claims to be her son.

In a blink of an eye, Hyun Su had become a father and a grandfather. He become panic and afraid that media will discovers that he has a teen daughter. His career would be over if the media catches the scent of this.

Meanwhile, Jung Nam loves singing a lot. She took part in a singing contest organized by Hyun Su’s radio station. This is one of my favorite scene in the movie. The song that Jung Nam sang in the movie was real nice. (Watch the video below) In the second part of the video was when she entered the contest and having her rehearsal. I was really impressed with the high tone. (For your information, both song was not sung by her)

Park Bo Young who also acted in the movie ‘Our School E.T.’ won the Best Newcomer Actress at the 45th Baeksang Arts Awards. Speeding Scandal collected over 8 million admissions during its showing from December 2008 to Jan 2009 to become one of the Korea’s biggest hits of all time.

Music scene in Speed Scandal

Still remember the scene in episode 12 where Jan Di was being kidnapped and being rescued out by F4. In order for a change of mood, F4 together with Jan Di and her best friend, Ga Eul went to ski at the ski resort. While they were there, Jun Pyo presented the one and only unique design necklace to Jan Di. It was a shape of a star with a moon shape inside the star. Represent that Jan Di would not be able to escape away from Jun Pyo. It acts as a symbol of love between the two of them.

In the Japanese version, the necklace is a shape of Saturn. According to local custom in Japan, both Domyoji and Makino are from Saturn. Therefore the appearance of the necklace is like a Saturn.

Talking about Taiwanese version, it’s the first drama version of Meteor Garden. In Chinese culture, it is to believe that when one see a meteor and make a wish it will come true. And in this version, Dao Ming Si told Shan Cai that when a woman see a meteor she will always be loved. Therefore the necklace acts like a symbol of the cupid’s wings.

Although all versions of Meteor Garden have the scene on the main actor giving the main actress the necklace but because of the different culture of each country come along with some appropriate changes to suit the drama.

Shoe off
In temples, private homes, Korean-style restaurants, guesthouse and yeogwan (small family-run hotels) you should take off your shoes and leave them by the front door. Wearing socks is more polite than bare feet, particularly in temples.

Losing face
It is important to bear in mind the Korean concept of gibun (face/harmony – individual  and group). Great efforts are made to smooth over potential problems; if you say something silly, there will be, at the most, an embarrassed laugh before someone steers the topic on to safer ground. Arguments or any situation that leads to one party having to back down will involve a loss of face, and this is a huge no no.

Keep it neat
Here  you are judged by your appearance, more so than in the West. Travelers who dress like  slobs will be treated with less respect than someone dressed casually but neatly. This is particularly apparent in Seoul, and out of towners always dress up to come to the capital city.

Greeting
A short nod or bow is considered polite and respectful when greeting somebody of when departing, but don’t overdo it.

Gift giving
It’s customary to bring along a small gift when visiting somebody at their home. It can be almost anything – flowers, chocolates, fruits, a book, a bottle of liquor, tea or something from your home country. It’s also appropriate to have your offering gift wrapped.
You host may at first refuse (so as not to look greedy). You should insist that they take it, and they  should accept it ‘reluctantly’. For the same reason, the recipient of a gift is not supposed to open the package immediately. Receive gifts using both hands.

Body language & Respect
Don’t use your forefinger to beckon someone. Put out your hand, palm down (palm up is for animals) and flutter all your fingers.
Don’t force eye contact, which can make a Korean extremely uncomfortable; they will also likely angle themselves ever so slightly rather than face you directly (and don’t cross your legs).

Embarrassed smiles
If a driver almost runs over you then stops and gives you a big grin. The driver is not laughing at you – it’s a sign of embarrassment, a form of apology and a gestures of sympathy.

According to Lee Jun Ki’s company Mentor, they originally planned to held a public appearance of the album cover on the 18th April, the day where Lee Jun Ki held his fans concert. They stressed that the album cover is exceptional and very powerful. However due to unforeseen circumstances, the album cover was leaked out to the public and the company have no choice but to release the album cover image to the public earlier than they have planned.

The album cover image combines the two concepts – Angels & Demons. Giving Lee Jun Ki’s fan the expressions and gestures of the wild impressive. Besides the leakage of the album cover, MV concert photos, stage designs and layouts was also leaked out which the company find it very baffled. The company will be working extremely hard to prevent the illegal leakage of music.

In this debut single album, the company collaborates with top producer Kim Hyung Suk, who was the composer of Shin Seung Hun’s smash hit ‘I Believe’. Lee Jun Ki’s first single release features the titular J Style, a melodious dance number with a funky beat. The beat of the song is relatively catchy.

Besides the song ‘J Style’, the album included three new tracks and three old tracks. The old tracks are song from Lee Jun Ki’s first album like:
