   Dear Sir / Mdm,

   First and foremost I would like to applaude KBS World for job well done that viewers from other countries are able to watch the prestigious “KBS Drama Awards 2009″. However my friends and I were disappointed that we are not able to understand the speeches of thanks from the actors and actress when we gathered together to watch the re-run during the recent Singapore Chinese New Year holidays. Fyi even my chinese friends are not able to understand chinese subtitles when I ask them to translate it in English in fact all of us are comfortable with English subtitles moreover it is a global language. On behalf of my friends and I would like to suggest that the producers of the programme would consider providing English subtitles for re-run. It is understandable not able to provide during “live” shows.

   So far KBS World has tremendously improved so much that most of the programme do have English substitles e.g.Two days & 1 night, Open Concert, Music Bank (but recently the subtitles MIA (missing-in-action) and etc.

   I would appreciate your kind attention and consideration of the request for this year KBS Drama Awards 2010. (Re-run)
