Shindong expressed: “I must succeed to lose weight to show everyone a new look.” He said it in the production press conference of his newest environment variety show ‘Find it! Go Green’ held in Seoul SBS Building on 10th September afternoon.

Shindong wittily said: “The first theme in the program is water. When I heard that the most useful way to lose weight is to drink plenty of water. The second theme in the program are bicycles. Riding a bike can make you lose weight, isn’t it the best exercise? It appears that this variety show is a program tailored for me to lose weight.

Then he continued: “Although I lost 20 kg last time, but in fact I gained back the 20kg. This time I must succeed in losing weight.”

‘Find it! Go Green’ is a research and discussion about environment-related issues program throughout the country.
